Replying to Customers

When a customer speaks, choose how to respond:

  • Professional
    Safe and efficient.
    ✔ Improves Work Performance
    ✖ Drains your Mood

  • Neutral
    Keeps things moving.
    ✖ Slightly drains Mood

  • Risky
    Honest… maybe too honest.
    ✔ Preserves Mood
    ✖ Hurts Work Performance

Every reply is a trade-off.

Your Meters

You are managing two things:

  • Mood – Your emotional energy

  • Work Performance – How well you’re doing the job

If either meter reaches zero, your shift is over.

Relieving Stress

Feeling overwhelmed? Use Relieve actions anytime:

  • Drink Soda – Medium Mood boost

  • Deep Breath – Small Mood boost

  • Punching Bag – Big Mood boost

⚠ Relieve actions temporarily lock each other.
Choose carefully—you can’t spam them.

If your Mood is already full, relieving has no effect.

Time & Shifts

Your workday runs from 10:00 to 19:00.
Each customer pushes time forward.

Finish all customers to complete the day.
